David Schiavone brings 18 years of production experience to the table; currently holding the title of VP of Content Production, at Giant Spoon New York. Having built out the New York office’s production department, David now oversees a team of experience producers, while working on its roster of clients like HBO, YETI, Johnnie Walker, HP and others.

 

Before joining Giant Spoon, David was the EP for global production company At Swim, where he collaborated with award-winning directors such as Chris Applebaum, Jessica Sanders, and Lisa Gunning. There, he developed and launched Bad Apple Digital (B.A.D.), a hybrid social media and digital content subsidiary that specialized in influencer marketing and branded content production.

 

Prior to At Swim, David was Executive Producer at Atelier, Leo Burnett’s beauty division, leading production across P&G’s iconic hair brands including Herbal Essences, Vidal Sassoon and Wella.  From 2008 to 2009 David ran the day to day of his boutique production company Highline Films, from the San Francisco bay area, where he managed commercials, episodic television, and documentary film work.
